Tonda Hyde

Tonda graduated from The University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor's degree in General Studies, with a concentration in law and management. After college, she worked as a paralegal for the City Attorney's office in Houston and a private law firm. In 1996, she joined Prescott Legal Search and spent the next sixteen years of her career recruiting legal support positions such as paralegals, legal secretaries, executive administrative assistants, legal nurse consultants, contracts managers and administrators. Her expertise developed over these years resulted in hundreds of direct hire and temporary legal placements with corporate in-house legal departments and law firms.

In 2008, Tonda graduated with Honors from The University of Houston - Clear Lake, with a Master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology. With her combination of 16 years of legal recruiting, work experience, and understanding the many roles of human resources, gives Tonda a unique perspective into clients' needs, and how to identify quality talent.

In 2012, Tonda joined Newhouse + Noblin where she will continue her focus on recruiting for legal support positions, contract attorneys, and temporary staffing.
